Upper Limit Aviation is a certified Computer Assisted Testing Service (CATS) center. Through its CATS center, ULA has the ability to administer all FAA written exams.

Helicopter Tours and Charters
Upper Limit Aviation is pleased to offer commercial photo flights and charters allowing access to the scenery and natural terrain of Utah. With a fleet of aircraft able to hold from 1 to 4 passengers, ULA is able to accommodate various tours of Salt Lake City, Park City, the Great Salt Lake, the Oquirrh and Wasatch ranges and wilderness areas that surround the valley. Special requests, including passenger drop-offs, can be accommodated.
HOURLY RATES (Tours / Charters):
$350 for a single passenger Robinson R22
$600 for up to 3 passengers Robinson R44
$1,100 for up to 4 passengers Jet Ranger
or $125 dollars per person for a city-center tour.
