Upper Limit Aviation is a certified Computer Assisted Testing Service (CATS) center. Through its CATS center, ULA has the ability to administer all FAA written exams.

Utility
Helicopters are hard working aircraft, lending themselves to continuous utility work. These include but are not limited to: crew and material transportation, forest and stream construction, stringing power lines and aerial crane work.
ULA holds an FAA Part 135 on-demand Air Carrier Certificate along with 133 External Load and 137 Hazmat Certificates. We are pleased to offer utility services for a variety of jobs in diverse locations from wilderness to urban settings. These include:

Precision long-line
HVAC setting
